What this service is
Tutorstead is an independent academic support service. It is not a university, it is not connected to any university named anywhere on this site, and no university has endorsed or sponsored it. School names appear here only to describe course formats our specialists have worked inside.
Quotes and agreeing the work
A quote is free and it is written down: what is covered, what it costs, and when each piece lands. Nothing is owed until you have that in front of you and say yes to it. A quote is built from what still remains ungraded, what level it sits at, and how much of the term is left, so it is a figure for your situation rather than a rate off a card.
Dates
Work is scheduled to land ahead of the date the course asks for, because early is the only kind of punctual that survives an outage or a shift that runs long. If something at our end threatens a date, you hear it while there is still time to act, not afterwards.
If something comes back wrong
Send the grader's comments rather than only the mark; they name the criterion that was missed, which is the one thing anyone can work from. The specialist who wrote the piece rebuilds it against that, and a revision is included for seven days after delivery. Where a delivery was genuinely not what was agreed, the money is returned.
Discretion
Everyone who works here is under a confidentiality agreement. Your name is not published, your work is not shown to anyone else, and nobody from here writes to your school. The card statement names neither this service nor your course.
Where the line is
There are things that stay yours. An examination watched by a camera or an invigilator is sat by you; hours on a real ward are worked by you; anything where your own voice is the thing being assessed is spoken by you. Nobody here signs in as anybody else, whatever the fee. You are told this at the quote rather than after it.
Affiliates and the formal bits
The affiliate program is for former students, pays on orders from people who arrive through your link, and pays monthly or as credit against your own work. Self-referrals do not count. These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Tutorstead is registered, and if any single clause here turned out to be unenforceable the rest would still stand.
