Look at a term as a whole and it appears varied. Look at any single unit and it is the same shape as the one before it, which is where the difficulty actually lives. Nothing in a given week is hard; the repetition is hard, and repetition wears down people who are already working full shifts.

I work rotating shifts. Can the plan follow my rota rather than a normal week?
Sending the rota is the normal starting point here. The plan is then drawn against it, with the heavier drafting placed in the stretches you are off and the lighter reading in the stretches you are not. When the rota changes mid term, the lead built at the start is what absorbs it without anything landing late.
The live session falls in the middle of my shift. What then?
